With the Gig Economy, Remote and Hybrid mods of work, The New Generations going into the workforce, and Trends like Quiet Quitting, the above numbers are expected to rise up.


Based on these stunning numbers, it is clear there is no better time than now to revolutionize the way hiring is done by pouring Science and Technology into the hiring and recruitment processes, allowing HR teams, Hiring managers, CFOs, CEOs, and others involved stakeholders to make better-informed hiring decisions while automating and reducing the Time, Resources and Costs it takes to make a good hire and avoid a bad hire.
